The Middle School boys basketball team suffered their second loss of the season Monday night as they fell to CV, 43-23. Joe Allen had 5 rebounds and 3 assists, Dawson Prough had 14 points 5 rebounds and 4 steals, and Nick Tremper played hard inside against much bigger kids.

"CV had a solid point guard (Bryant Painter) that scored 25 on us and 3 big kids that were pretty skilled," said head coach Dan Marple. "It was one of those games where everything fell apart."

In the B-Team game, the Hornets lost 20-12. Brandon Lamphier handled the ball well in the second half and scored 6 points, while Jake Singer pitched in 4 points.
