The Wellsboro Varsity Boys Soccer team won their second consecutive straight game as they shut out Troy, 5-0 on Monday, September 22.

"I was very happy with our first half performance," said John Shaffer. "We passed the ball well and caught Troy with a couple of counter attacks and were able to possess the ball and build a couple of very good team attacks."

With the win, the Hornets improve to 7-1 (7-1 NTL). The team will be back in action on Wednesday, September 24 as they travel to Liberty.
